Delivery

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 4 working days. Products will be shipped via courier in New Zealand. We take great care to ensure that all listings are current but in the event that your chosen product is not available, we will contact you to offer you a substitute or your money back.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Orders between $0 and $199.99 has a shipping fee of only $10, this includes rural deliveries.

International shipping

When you order products from Norjo’s online shop and check-out they will not include shipping. You will be sent an invoice to be paid through Paypal in the next day or two for the order including shipping, when your order is ready to be dispatched. We always aim to ship as economically as possible. Payment methods are Credit card or Paypal.

When your order goes to a country other than New Zealand you might be charged duties and taxes that are the responsibility of the customer.
