Customer Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we want to hear from you. We fully comply with all laws and regulations of New Zealand and we offer a full refund or exchange policy in the event that your product does not arrive in useable/working condition. Any damages or defects need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

Payment Options

You can use either Paypal for credit card transaction or transfer the funds directly to our bank account. PayPal ensures that your credit card details are safely handled online.

Delivery and Product Options

Delivery costs are as stated on our site. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 4 working days. Products will be shipped via courier.

We take great care to ensure that all listings are current but in the event that your chosen product is not available, we will contact you to offer you a substitute or your money back.

Privacy

We value your custom and therefore respect your privacy. No information gathered on this site will be shared with or sold to any third parties. Should you wish to join our email database, please use the section provided on the website.

Warranty

All our products are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Any claims will be dealt with according to these guidelines.

Sales Tax/ International orders

Norjo (norjo.co.nz) shall automatically charge GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other Country.
 
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty, or additional taxes in the country of destination. Norjo Motorcycles (norjo.co.nz) is not responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives. Norjo Motorcycles (norjo.co.nz) is not responsible for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being returned
